Is this a good horse racing betting technique?

Query by jerry s.: Is this a very good horse racing betting system? 1. search at the odds board and discover out who the 1st two betting favorites are in any race. two. If the 2nd option is three-one odds or much more and every other horse is 4-one or higher you be on teh beloved in win only ( irrespective of the odds). three. if the 2nd choice is much less then 3-1 do not be this race 4. if the 3rd choice is 3-one odds or less do not bet this race. Just questioning if anybody have utilized this system or what people assume of this method?? if you reply my query please give me so detail why you like it or do not like it it would aid me understand if it is a excellent program or not.
